A Circle Built on Strength

Fit Circle is a women-only strength and conditioning bootcamp based in Cape Town. We believe every woman deserves access to expert, supportive fitness coaching that meets her exactly where she is, beginner or advanced.

Our female trainers guide you through kettlebell power, strength and conditioning, and interval training, all adapted to your personal fitness level so you can progress safely and effectively.

Kettlebell Power

Build functional strength and power with kettlebell-focused workouts. Adapted to your level. Beginners and advanced modifications always available.

Are your classes beginner-friendly?

Yes, all classes are beginner-friendly. We help you scale to your personal level. Beginner and advanced modifications are always demonstrated so everyone can participate confidently.

What do you do in a group class?

We focus on strength and conditioning. Workouts are adapted to your personal fitness level, so that you can progress at a safe and effective pace without feeling left behind or held back.

Do you offer one-on-one sessions?

Yes, we do! One-on-one sessions are available during the same time slots as our group classes. We also have other time slots that may be better suited to your schedule. Contact us for more info.

What is your schedule?

We currently have 3 group classes per week: Wednesdays at 10:30–11:30 and 17:00–18:00, Thursdays at 17:00–18:00, and Saturdays at 12:00–13:00.

Where are you located?

We train at Southside Grappling Studio, near Cavendish Square in Cape Town. A convenient, dedicated space for our women-only sessions.
